FAQ
Questions about the plugin.
Can't find it? Ask the assistant on this page, it runs on AgentMySite.
What is sent before I click Connect?
Nothing. Until you connect, the plugin makes no calls to AgentMySite and adds nothing to your pages. Read the install guide
Does it read my orders or customers?
No. On a WooCommerce store only public product information is read, through the Store API that WooCommerce already exposes to shoppers. Orders, customers and anything private are never accessed.
How fast do product changes show up?
About a minute after you save a product. The plugin tells AgentMySite that something changed, and AgentMySite re-reads the products itself. Only your public site key is sent.
How do I remove it?
Click Disconnect in Settings, AgentMySite, then deactivate and delete the plugin. Uninstalling removes everything the plugin stored.
